Inn at Bellefield / Hyde Park

My family and I recently stayed here and were blown away by every aspect of our experience from the spotless rooms to the exceptionally warm and helpful staff. Salim and Abid, who oversee the breakfast service, deserve special recognition for their professionalism and genuine care. They anticipated our needs, kept everything immaculately organized, and made us feel truly looked after. Honestly, their service alone would bring us back, but combined with the beautiful, modern rooms, this place is an absolute gem. We can't wait to return.

Inn at Bellefield was so good to us! The inn is a beautiful establishment with such an eye for detail; the building and grounds made the most beautiful backdrop for photos and the staff are top notch! We felt so welcomed; our guests could not stop raving about how friendly everyone was and how delicious the food was. An absolute fabulous wedding experience! Special thanks to Dana, Michelle, Hugo, Louis, Yvette & Salim for making sure this bride and groom had everything we needed!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the bellefield. Everything was pleasant. The rooms were neat, the view was lovely, and the food was great, but something that stuck out to us the most was the kindness of a gentleman at the front desk by the name of Jose Rodriguez who went above and beyond on several occasions to make our stay as wonderful and comfortable as possible. Because of his outstanding and knowledgeable customer service the time we spent here exceeded our expectations and keeps us coming back. Thanks to him, we are delighted enough to say we would definitely recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing staying at the Inn at Bellefield/Hyde Park was. We used their services for our wedding block and Hotel Brunch. Our guests are still raving about the phenomenal service, cleanliness, and overall experience! A special thank you to Dana Dalton, who went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was unforgettable. She was incredibly attentive, transparent, and helpful. Her team also consisted of Salim, who provided an incredible brunch experience. I cannot wait to use their services again. 10/10 experience.. no notes. Thank you Inn at Bellefield!

This was an amazing Valentine's Day weekend getaway. The hotel had a free hot & cold breakfast, with the staff being on point for such a large offering. Even when the coffee urns emptied, the next full one was replaced in minutes. The King room suite was very comfortable and clean. The mini-kitchen was a plus since we stayed in one night for dinner. On Valentine's day night, we ordered in, BUT the hotel had on-premise dining, a bar, and there was a live violinist playing and mason jars filled with real flowers on every table. Michael and Steve & all the staff were absolutely the friendliest staff I've come across. My husband and I have been coming to Hyde Park for Valentines Day getaway for over 20 years. The area has grown and become a lot more than just a quaint upstate town. The town has definitely leaned into its heritage, and tourism has boomed, IMO. We are definitely coming back to stay here next year. The CIA and Marist are literally right across the street. with more to see and do. 10 out of 10 for my leisurely getaway!

We recently hosted my mother’s 70th surprise birthday celebration at the Inn at Bellefield, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the very first planning conversation to the final goodbye at the end of the evening, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. Planning a surprise event for 50 guests can feel overwhelming, but their team made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The space itself was beautiful, elegant, inviting, and perfectly suited for such a special milestone celebration. The food was outstanding (our guests are still talking about it!), and the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, organized without feeling rigid, and genuinely kind throughout the entire evening. Most importantly, they helped create an atmosphere where my mother felt completely celebrated and loved. Seeing her walk into a room filled with friends and family and having everything run flawlessly, is something I will always be grateful for. If you are considering hosting a special event, I highly recommend the Inn at Bellefield. They helped turn an important family milestone into a truly unforgettable night. We had a short but wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Special thanks to Salim, who truly made our experience even better. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great service and a very pleasant stay overall. We would happily return.

Very nicely appointed, upscale hotel! The rooms are like Marriott residence inn rooms where they have a kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave etc and the bedroom separated from the living room section. The rooms are well appointed and everything looks and feels new. The hotel is great value for money and staff feels very friendly and attentive. The gym was well equipped with many new machines, and felt nice and open with large windows. Also the bar seems to have a nice vibe at night. As an aside, I love that this property is dog friendly but I think there needs to be a sign on the lawns to pick up dog waste - I saw more than 5 dog waste left on the grass in just one side of the hotel, and I picked up some to clean up a bit. I’m guessing dog owners think it’s good “fertilizer” especially in upstate surrounding nature? Idk but perhaps a sign would help. I’d hate for this to become a problem and the hotel not being dog friendly anymore!
